Maintenance & Warranty
Your pool will require you to perform minimal weekly maintenance to ensure its proper functioning.
If you should have a problem with your pool, masonry, or equipment please read the following before calling:
You have a 3 year warranty from the day of plaster. Our 3 year warranty applies to all masonry, equipment, and plumbing if it is a failure of the product or service. Restrictions apply, read your contract for details. We do not honor warranty service on failures due to neglect of regular maintenance or misuse. Warranties apply only to the original pool owner.
If your pool is under warranty please contact us directly and we will schedule work with the appropriate service center and/or technician.
*Plaster is not warranted against chemical imbalance damage.
**Ventura Pool & Spa is not liable or responsible for any work outside of contract or warranty, nor does it make any guarantee on services by technicians or service centers outside of contract or warranty.
